The soil is made of chalky and clay, the climate is Mediterranean with strong oceanic influences. CEPAGES / VARIETIES : 50% Carignan, 35% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. DEGUSTATION / TASTING NOTES : Ruby red color. Elegant nose of red fruits (blackberry, redcurrant) with a hint of spice (pepper). Elegant smooth mouth. A table / Pairing : Ideal with meats either red or white, light chesses and Italian cuisine. Serve at room temperature around 16°C.
