A part of grapes is traditionally vinificate (maceration of grapes in 24°), other one is thermovinificate (fermentation in liquid stage in a temperature of 20°). At the end of fermentation, the 2 parts are blending in a proportion 65/35. Ageing in stainless steel vat. Colour: a nice deep red colour Nose: this wine delivers intense aromas of red fruits and spices. Mouth: Generous and supple wine with silky tannins. Advices: To be drunk with white meats and poultry. Serve between 16° and 18°.
