This sake embodies the natural flavor of Yamada Nishiki sake rice from Hyogo Prefecture; during the production process, we grind off the outside of the rice, leaving only 60% of the rice grains. The rich umami flavor (umami) of the wine is satisfying, it has a rich aroma and flavor, but it is also very refreshing. This is a traditional wine with pure flavor and distinct layers.
